If you are like most people who hear about me, all you need to know is that I am running to legalize weed for you to say, "You've got my vote!" But, what everyone who will vote for me needs to know, is that I am not raising ANY money for this campaign. So, and this is very important, if you are going to vote for me, tell people about me.  E-mail everyone on your contact list, and use your social media accounts!

This is a truly grassroots campaign as I will not be raising or spending any money.

As a kid, I was in 24 seasons of sports, 7 varsity, and one I was a captain.  I was in Band and Orchestra. I have held many different jobs, including being a building supervisor at my local gym.  My first job I got on my 14th birthday. I have held multiple leadership positions in Boy Scouts.  I graduated high school with honors. I went to the same college as Jessie Ventura with a GPA similar to the one I had in high school.  I have studied Kung Fu, Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Reiki, and have significant experience with meditation.  I have read dozens of political science books. I have taken dozens of notebooks full of notes on basically just my own thoughts.  As a result, I have authored four books, which can be found here: gumroad.com/ryanpaulpapke each on a different subject. I am a member of the International High IQ Society.

I want to look at/study/assess every state government agency and determine whether or not they deserve more or less money.

If we must raise taxes, I will lean towards targeting incomes greater than 60k a year.  If we can lower taxes I will target incomes less than 60k a year. This is because 60k a year is the moot level for happiness.  One cannot get much happier by earning more than 60k a year.

Also, I want to hire a team of writers/"readers" that will read every word of every bill ever passed by the Minnesota state government and report to me discrepancies in morals, ethics, and common sense to see how we can improve every law ever passed.

I know of a meditation program that can get one into a deeper meditative state than a zen Buddhist monk with 20 years of experience ON THE FIRST TRY.  I would like to require criminals in our state prison system to use this program as a way to rehabilitate them.  Criminals' brains our more chaotic than average. So, it should help a lot.  We can require this because the program uses audio tracks that plays different subliminal sounds in each ear.  So, stereo headphones are required.  All we have to do is get the prisoners to sit in a room, put the headphones on, and play the audio.  If they do not do it, they will have their TV privileges revoked.

In over 70 studies since the 1970's, meditation has been proven to reduce the crime and dangerous accidents of OTHER people, including terrorism and actual war attacks.
